In 2014, Danone marked a turning point, changing its governance structure and launching its “Danone 2020” transformational plan. Its ambition is to generate strong, profitable and sustainable growth by 2020, meaning growth equal or greater to 5%.
Towards strong, profitable and sustainable growth
Danone targets overall like-for-like sales growth, between 4-5%, including the following:
- A strong like-for-like sales growth above +5% for Essential Dairy and Plant Based (EDP) NORAM, Specialised Nutrition, Waters and
- A like-for-like sales growth of between 3-4% for Essential Dairy & Plant Based (EDP) International
